Making a Difference
Volunteers are an essential part of the PGA TOUR Champions American Family Insurance Championship held each year in Madison, Wisconsin. Volunteers serve in many roles during tournament week to make our event run smoothly for players, fans and the community.
Missed the fun of volunteering at the 2025 American Family Insurance Championship? Register on the tournament volunteer registration site waitlist and receive email notifications regarding registration for 2026. No commitment. Just notifications on when you can be a part of the action in 2026.

Volunteer registration opens
Volunteers are encouraged to register early as some volunteer committees fill up fast.

April
Volunteer schedules distributed
Volunteers will receive an email with their shift assignments.
May
Volunteer Uniform distribution
Volunteer uniform distribution occurs on two separate days in May, one weekday and one weekend day.
Volunteer training
Volunteer training is provided for volunteers based on specific committees/roles. Training dates and locations will be provided.
Last day of the tournament
Volunteer celebration
Volunteers are all invited to Volunteer Headquarters after the tournament’s conclusion for a volunteer celebration.
