Jordy Nelson joins AmFam Champ Celebrity Foursome Hosted by Andy North at 2026 American Family Insurance Championship

MADISON, Wis. (June 4, 2026) – Green Bay Packers legend Jordy Nelson, who holds the single-season Packers record for most receiving yards, will join the American Family Insurance Championship Celebrity Foursome Hosted by Andy North on Saturday, June 6 at TPC Wisconsin.

Nelson replaces Larry Fitzerald Jr., who was previously announced as a foursome participant. Fitzgerald withdrew from participation after the death of his father, Larry Fitzgerald Sr., on Monday, June 1.

“We offer our sincere condolences to Larry and his family on their loss,” said Nate Pokrass, AmFam Championship tournament director. “We were looking forward to having him at the AmFam Champ and hope we can welcome him at a future event. In honor of his late father, we’ve made a donation to the Larry Fitzgerald Foundation, which supports youth education and breast cancer awareness.”

Nelson was a member of the Packers Super Bowl XLV Champions, and among other notable achievements was the only player in Packers history to record three different seasons with 13 or more receiving touchdowns. Known for his exceptional skills as a wide receiver and precise route running, Nelson was inducted into the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame in 2023 and the Wisconsin Athletic Hall of Fame in 2020.

The celebrity foursome will tee off on Saturday, June 6 from the 1st hole and will play a nine-hold exhibition, starting at 1:45 p.m. Other participants in addition to Andy North are Donald Driver and Caroline “KK” Harvey.
